The Way I See It #6: Yearbook Edition

Louis, the coach of the Quebec Training Center has always been incredibly innovative and strategic when it comes to mental training and team bonding activities. Our latest assignment was a whopper which sparked something in our team: It brought us all together and made everyone feel more comfortable with each other when we dug up the insecurities of our past.

Louis assigned us to find the yearbook photo of our graduating year in high-school. Although everyone felt a little uncomfortable at first, it felt like a weight was lifted off our shoulders. Louis also felt it would be an added bonus if we had the confidence to show them to the public.

Instant classic. Dave - I’ve loved everything you’ve written, and without ever really getting to know you I’ve become a huge Nighbor fan. I’m wishing you the very best luck this season.
